Selling "Scoobyville" just outside of Skara Brae

Finally letting this one go as i'm looking to downgrade to a single home as i simply do not have the time to play like i use too. The houses are very close to everything you can imagine and is one of the best spots to have a city like this in game. Your worst spawn is a mongbate here and there. Get's a lot of traffic along the road's and with NEW down south becoming bigger. Yet, its very peaceful because you would own every single house in the area. Hedge Maze to the East, Skara Brae to the West, Water/Mountain nearby, X Roads to the North. Detail's are below:

I have the right to end this auction for any reason. A Buyout may be listed in the near future. No private bids are accepted but if you do send me a private offer it must be for BUYOUT only and i may consider buyout offers.

(1) Keep (Have courtyard's marked)
(2) Towers
(1) Large Brick
(14) Small Houses

Most of these come fully decorated and everything except for rares/chests/items (Basically if it's a bed/loom/forge etc.) will stay. Obviously with your 3 Account limit, you can only fit 15 of these houses, so you will need to have a good friend to hold onto the other 3, which is what i am doing.

Jeez, come on guys, i know the people that are holding the houses for him, and he paid them well, he offered me a small deed to hold one of the smalls on a toon of, unfortunately i was not avail when he needed me, so naturally im sure he offered the same deal to someone else. This is a dream come true for a guild wanting their own already established guild town, beats waiting months/yrs for neighbors to sell their houses or for them to go idoc, and you could potentially get this place at deed cost, which are you really going to sell the whole lot for a small deed? just drop the houses.... or you mean deed price when you say S/B small deed. Nope. I meant S/B just a small houses deed Currently the high bid so far is small deed plus 10k. But, this is just a fair warning to read my post very carefully. I reserved the right to end this auction for any reason. Even though I'm 100% serious about wanting to sell it, I'm in no pressure to do so. I couldn't careless to log in once a week to refresh.
