Energy Vortex and Murder Counts

One of my characters killed three men with an energy vortex recently, and did not get any counts. Elsewhere, I have been attacked with an energy vortex and killed myself on purpose, and did not get the opportunity to list a count. This is erroneous and needs to be fixed.

It is not intended the you receive a murder count indirectly from an Energy Vortex or Blade Spirits. This is as intended and reflects the count elegibility on OSI as per their era or earlier patch which I can't find right now. This is also noted in one of our patch notes.

Well now I just got several counts all at once, all from EVs. Not sure what is going on. What patch was it? I have googled and can't find it.
