good price, alot of poeple may think its too far out of way of the main traffic but i own a small just west of there and a little more south and i get TONS of business, so if anyone is hisitant to over bid the current bid of small+small, dont be alarmed, if you have product to sell at a fair price, you will make your money back within a day, depending on what your selling and how often you will/can restock, just my input/bump for a yew vendor house developement supporter like myself.

ty for your business and im glad some one appreciates a yew vendor house. ive had no luck any where else besides this house and the one im at now.

ya small houses dont sell for crap, and as for the rest of the bigger house sizes, just depends on the location and who wants it i guess, ive sold towers for small deed over deed value, and ive sold a tower for a castle deed before, also ive sold a keep for next to nothing over deed value too, but that was a dam swamp location, got pumped up for my first keep ever, paid back a 800k loan to Apoc and never moved in, just ended up reselling it, swamps blow imo.
