SOLD - Tower in Trinsic Jungle

Todays New Years day offer is this Tower recently placed, due south aways of Trinsic city and its Moongate.
This Tower is relatively secluded with a neighbour one screen to your east and two screens to your west. There are no neighbours north or south for a long way. Located to your north there is some undead ruins if you feel the urge to go hacking and slaying. Normal jungle denizens exist here, tho I have only seen small snakes and some mongbats during the time of ownership.
Starting bids will begin at Tower Deed plus L shape deed. Buyout will be Tower Deed plus 2 x L Shape Deeds.
