Yew Lich House!

Just placed today after the idoc. Nice small bearly a screen from the Yew Lich spawn! Great place to hide your phat lewts you obtain, and a quick get-away from pks! There is also 2 guard outposts nearby to run near if reds appear.
S/B: patio

Bid Increments: small deeds

B/O: tower + 2small

**WILL ACCEPT SILVER AS OFFER**

Will run until January 2nd at midnight or until B/O is reached

why is this the only "lich house" that comse on the market? Instead of the real lich houses?

I should have never sold mine at the south location :) inflation is beautiful... for some.
