SOLD - L Shape on Avatar Island (2 Story)

Evening.
I have on sale today a newly placed L Shaped building located on Avatar island. This House is set a short distance south of Humilty Shrine and due west of Fire Temple.
There are a number of mountain ranges Nth, West and East to take your pick axe to, if mining is your want. Lumber abounds all over. This house also sits along a coast so if you choose fishing as a tradeskill to play with it then the water is right there for easy access. This house offers a lot of potential.
The only spawns I seem to see over this vicinity is animal in nature. A number of snakes etc.
I will start the bidding at L Shaped Deed plus 2 small deeds. BO will be Deed plus Deed.
