I've got another one of these I'm gonna get rid of.

This one is one screen away from a mine. It's the second closest house to Covetous entrance (coming from the SouthEast). Bucs den gate is just across the road. Vesper and Minoc are both close, as is the Minoc Moongate. Spawn is very light. I rarely see anything except animals.

Deed +20k takes it.
