Durability?

Yes, non-gf means that without layering your clothing, they're able to break. Durability is 0, but like I said, with layered clothing they will not break.

If they are on the verge of breaking, i'd go an L or so... but it seems you are looking for considerably more so i will pass.

It isnt hard to understand at all. I just put little value on black sandals that you have to cover up. If if wearing clothes is all it takes to keep their durability then why are they at 0? (Its rhetorical, but im sure you get my point)

Not trying to derail your thread. I just dont value these at a mil plus... Hopefully you find the right person who does.

So at 0 Durability, say im wearing pants and im fighting say a mace/mage.

now the pants break, and i dont notice, around how many hits, estimate, will it take to break said sandals?

Ninja Turtle, you can easily test that with some normal store bought sandals.

As for checking durability, Dynastro is correct.

Its really hard to test that. Best bet os to get noobied long pants and wear them as they dont break?

This will be very rough math and estimations, but I bought a pair of store bought sandals and broke them in six minutes using 30 sheep and no pants/fighting skill. The character was taking around ~700 hits per minute (based on the fact that on a 5 second heal timer I was losing about 60hp, 1hp per hit). So probably like 4000-5000 direct hits before they break, from new. Hard to say what these sandals are at or how close my maths are. In contrast, with pants worn and a macro to re-arm them when they broke, the sandals lasted one hour of 30 sheep beating em and never broke (I turned off the macro).

Unless you wear kilts or dresses or roll naked, broken sandals will never be an issue for you. GF'd is nice, it gives you more flexibility in your attire and you just know 100% you'll have it forever, but it really isn't a big deal. When pants or short pants are worn, the sandals do not take damage.

Eo is pretty much on point on that one.. even as an estimation. I've done a few GF tests and this sounds about right.
