I have another Tower to sell to a lucky person. This one is situated due west of Minoc, as the crow flies, and the far North of the Bloody Plains. It is placed on a penisula with water on either side of it. Plenty of wood around if lumberjacking is your thing. Spawns are low, though you do get the usual assortment of monster spawns that pop around the place.
