UO Second Age

This is a rare opportunity for a player to take control of this location and make of what they will.

This location offers you, easy access to the water (approx 10 or so steps to the east of your front door) if fishing is your game and to the west your own private mining cave with two entrances. As an added bonus, and if you are tricky enough, you can build steps from your west wing and mine directly from the roof of this tower making this a very SAFE mining spot ( just dont afk as then nothing is safe ). Just place a forge up there and your good to go.

For the adventurer at heart you have Dungeon Hyloth to the south and over the other side of the Codex mountains you have Fire temple. It's the best of both worlds and caters for most tradeskills.

I have BO set as a Keep Deed so reply in the forum post here or PM/IRC Naunet your bids. This will run for a week.

I have been asked a few times about spawns and I apologise for forgetting to include that.

I do a lot of Idoc running around and only have seen small snakes, giant serpents on that side of the range, down towards Hyloth I have seen orcs running around outside. Silver serpents do exist on the island but appear to be over on the other side of the mountain range. Nothing I guess is stopping a person running one around tho. Overall it is rather quiet in this tower location.

Update : Duncan has PM'd me and withdrawn from this due to financial reasons. All is good.

Also this was meant to initially say SB as a Keep Deed. But hey I went along with the mistake. Anyways with this now said, this is back on the market and if fish is interested I be happy to go ahead.
