UO Second Age

on nov 9th about 2-3pm central time some how the stat and skill levels seemed to be thru the roof. seemed like every 3rd or 4th time i got an increase. as a fletcher ive made hundreds of bows, maybe a thousand with out so much as a .1 increase. same for sword work. i had already been on for a few hours so it wasnt the 'powerhour' myth
then on the 9th the skill-stat increase was on a roll. any suggestions on how to hit this again or when it will be switched on again?
