Has to be pre-patch in the strictest sense, though I don't know the patch history enough to assume that means that its pre-ID'd.

If you got it at an IDOC, how do you know it didn't have 28 charges when it spawned?

I offered 10k, and that stands if you want money instead of something you'll never use.

mxmx asking if it's prepatched means if it's IDed to everyone, and not only "a magic platemail leggings" (or whatever).

Charged armor does still spawn, but as with most magic items finding one with a "positive" attribute (NOT nightsight, or clumsy, etc.) is rare. Finding one with a very desirable attribute is rarer. Finding one with 27 charges or reflect is very very rare.

Unfortunately, it is one of those items, that if not pre-patch, looks exactly like any other old magic plate legs and only a hardcore fan of the item will want to bid on it.

Not worthless, but worth significantly less. Not a display piece, not a highly useful piece, just a piece.
