SELL - Small House - Moonglow (right on Guard Zone) SAFE!

I have a small house situated right next to the Lyceaeum in Moonglow. Easy access to everything you need with the teleporters located within the Lyceaeum, even has its own footpath outside. Trees for lumberjacking is plentiful here and to the east is water for fishing if so require.
Bids to start at deed plus 15k, BO of 2 Deeds. I shall let this run for a week.

yup good trade gave him deeds first then he transfered house would trade with him again!
