Hard to put value to such a unique house that has not been on the market in a long time (if ever). Suffice to say you have a VERY nice place.
PS. Please put a complete town runebook there, more than just Brit, please.

Nice to hear
Honestly I changed it to a private house so that I could macro in it seeing as how I don't own anything other than this home and I'm incredibly new. When I get a new place somewhat close to town I will change it to public and slap a few runebooks in there for public use.

Trust me, if you decide to sell this, your next house would most likely be a castle placed on grass.
