Large brick on grass for sale.. Couple screens south of Trinsic Moongate.. Sick location, peaceful place

If this house were in a better location I would purchase it right now for that price, unfortunately with neighbors around it wont go for that much...

Better location? I spent a month with millions in the bank waiting for a nice brick spot to open up, before finding the house directly to the NW. If there was something better out there, I would have nabbed it. This spot is quiet, low-spawn, and nice-looking.

Agreed Mike123, this is a good spot. Especially with boat placement and good neighbors
-- Kaine is the guy directly in front of me, Idk if you know him or not.. Real nice guy, I don't think he plays too often anymore but when he does he does a lot from the UOSA community
