Tower Near Minoc and Vesper

Excellent spot! Extremely close to Minoc and just a short run to Vesper. Close to the coast as well. I also own the two smalls directly east that I will part with for deed cost only.
Starting bid is Deed + L shape (and small deeds if requested). Ill run this till Friday 9/21, midnight EST, or until I get an acceptable buyout.
