Reagent steal amout

I think the amount of reagents you get from a stack when you steal off it swings too widely.

What's your suggestion on how Derrick and Co. can make it more accurate?

Getting 2 reagents from someone is just bullcrap. Also, 12% chance to fail stealing at GM is wrong.

This is an issue that Derrick and I have wrestled with in the past, and we still haven't found a good solution to the problem yet. Unfortunately, in this case, the demo proves to be nearly useless as well, because of the very significant overhaul to stealing done in early 1999. To make matters worse, we do not have any specifics on how certain things were changed, so we're left playing a guessing game for a lot of things.

Me and matron were doing tests a long time ago. Guard wacked 1/2 times when stealing 1 stole with gm stealing. Thought that was off but had no proof.
