Item Decay In Houses

I remember during t2a no items in houses decayed, even those that were not locked down. I remember walking into friends small houses and them being packed from floor to ceeling to the back of the house with shit and none of it being locked down, form where several people lived out of one house. No t2a era shard has duplicated this year and I think it would be awesome if secondage did.
