UO Second Age

Asked in mIRC already with no response.

Is there an account age or post count requirement to use the reputation system? I used the search function in the forums to find this answer to no avail. I'm not about to start posting a lot of jibberish like everyone else just to raise my post count.

I believe its post count AND reputation that factors in to whether you are presented with the option to give users reputation.
