give beds a purpose

I propose that beds should restore a certain amount of stamina and have a cool down. the large beds should restore full stamina while small beds restore 50% the amount the large beds would have to restore to get you to 100% stamina.

the purpose of beds is for rp enjoyment and immersion of the game, restoring stamina while "resting" is not era accurate!
