Staff Please fix this

I've seen a couple threads on this and I keep getting asked by tamers if my pets are disappearing when I claim them. Yes, I have been losing dragons when I claim and stable them, What's going on and is this being looked into?

Confirming that I have lost about 4 horses at Brit stable.

I was pulling drags to destard ledge to tame and they were disappearing to while I was trying to tame? anyone else had that happen

I have had this happen in Destard before.
As far as stables go, i have not had any pets disappearing. And I guarantee i have more pets than most people on here.
