Hello, I started playing last night for several hours, tried to log into the account today, but the error I'm receiving is
'Your account credentials are invalid. Check your User ID and password and try again.'
I then researched the forms to try and find an answer, was brought to

After entering in my email several times and trying different case sensitive patterns for my username (I know the correct way, just thought something else would work), it always gives me the same error of

Some errors occurred. Please correct the errors and try again.

Please re-check your username.
You must specify The valid email address for this account.


I'm able to find my character when I do a search for him, and am not sure what is going wrong. Please help. Also, I have already sent an e-mail to derrick@uosecondage.com and jumped into the chat as well, to try and see if someone in there would have an answer, but the only thing they could say was to e-mail derrick....... =/

Well contacting derrick with account issues is the correct path the follow. If the account name was org. mistyped it might be near impossible to figure out the typo without derrick help.
