Hi, I'm setting up a new guild here for my guild from another game.

Does anyone have a small house near britain they're willing to trade for a small house deed?
I can raise additional cash, but it's likely not much more.

Population of the guild is likely to be 60+, but I'd like a place near britain so they don't get lost when they start.

I know its not Brit, but I have a small half way between
Trinsic south beach entrance and the moongate, I'd be
willing to do a deed only for it, free and clear.

Hey I've got the perfect spot for you. I got another small and don't play much these days, so not really using it. Comes with all the furnishings and the guild stone.
