Best way to gm magery, when resist is already GM

I have 50 magery and already GMed resist
What is the quickest way to GM magery, without casting on myself.
Basically I don't want to have to heal myself when macroing

Find somebody you can macro with and hope they want to gm healing. You cast on them, they heal themselves.

This refers to the stat-modified, not "real" skill values.
When you get to the minimum skill to cast the next highest circle, look in your spellbook for the spell(s) that have the lowest gp cost per cast and cast that until you can attempt the next circle.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe if you cast in town you can only do 1 damage to yourself.
There's a thread in the guide section for doing restock from your bank so you wont get town killed and lose your regs.

Cast on yourself in town.
Use a restock macro.

Do not use a restock agent. Place as many reagents as you can hold on your person, then contact either myself or chumbucket with your exact location and approximate time you will go AFK.

By chance how did you acquire GM resist before reaching 50 magery?
