UO Second Age

I have 3 Awesome smalls for sale located out of the North entrance of Moonglow behind the Tailor shop. This area has only 4 smalls located in it. This area is perfect for a small guild, a collector, a lumberjack, a mage, and a tailor. The area is located south of the mage shop and T2A teleporter, and North of all of Moonglow. I have been able to harvest about 2000 boards a trip in this area which has paid for many of the homes and items that I have bought on this shard.

As I have been downsizing my properties in order to get back to what UO means to me, these items will be for sale. I have 2 small deeds in each home and will start the opening bid at 6 smalls for all of the homes. I will consider selling these smalls as individuals. I prefer open bids but will take private bids if they are worthy. If the bidding goes well I will sell 24 hours after my last bid with a minimum of 6 smalls for the lot. Unless I sell them individually. I reserve the right to not sell to anyone.

This has been one of my favorite neighborhoods to live in on UO. I have never seen a red in this area, because it's pretty much surrounded by guard zone or ocean. The only people I ever see here are my neighbor, who is really cool. The occasional lumberjack, and newbie fighters trying to kill mongbats.
