To answer your question though the current bid is Deed + 2 smalls (meaning an L-shape as that is what type of house it is plus 2 small deeds, which is about 236k gold. Deeds are blessed and can be exchanged to a real estate agent for their full gold back so it is a commonly used method of exchanging high amounts of gold.)
The reserve bid, the minimum bid that he will take seriously, is deed + large brick (which is about 336k gold).
The buyout, the bid where you more or less instantly win the auction, is a tower deed (which is exactly 433,200 gold).

It's well below my reserve so I'll let it float for a day (I'm back from camping) before deciding if I'll let it go so far below my reserve.
