I am extremely interested in this...I will have irc up and running again soon..in the meantime, please PM me -- I can probably login tonight about 8pm-10pm EST or so -- I would like to purchase this to establish myself with a large house-- haven't played much in 15 years, but got back into it on the shard (same story everyone has done here)...but I have money for a 2 story deed and about 10k more at the moment....will get more / sell vanqs and 5 treasure maps by night's end...would like to make this happen!

my bid is 2 story plus small plus 10k-- working on getting enough for "buyout" option....will take a little bit and I'm not 100% sure I can play that much tonight...responsibilities! ugh

I find it pretty funny that someone would say something like that without knowing a single thing about me other than what I posted here.
