Mox Mox, seen you bid 20k on 2 separate threads. I just want to make sure that you realize sellers are taking bids as +$$k on top of the cost of the houses deed.
As Turjin put it... DEED +25k that is 43,800gold (cost of small house deed) +25k on top of that.

it shouldn't take too long to get a deed and +5k to get you a house. Maybe 3 or 4 weeks living out of your bank box if you are casualy farming for money.

If you need use of a house, but can't yet afford it, you should consider applying for $$$ Newbie housing. On the South East Moonglow island, they have 7 small houses for use to any newbie players. I believe it is free.
