I'm selling a tower on Bald island. Since the "no placing homes over bumps and twigs patch" this island has become really hard to place on. I own the tower and the two smalls closest to the tower. Once the tower is sold I will trade whoever buys it, two small deeds for ownership of the two small houses if the new tower owner wants them.

I'm looking for a keep deed for the tower.
I wanna make it clear that you are only bidding on the tower. the smalls I will sell for vendor price to the auction winner and if the winner does not want the smalls I will sell them to his closest enemy.

First person to hand me a Keep Deed gets this place.

There are also lots of trees, but the silver serpents who own the island don't like when people cut down their trees. They are an angry group of snakes.

Nevermind, Jesus christ i've never seen so many snakes in my life. Nothing like the island of awesomeness I used to own.

Just the tower and three smalls. There are other spots for smalls on the island but nothing larger will fit.
