Can´t see description on Items!

hello everyone,
I have some problems with the items.
if i move my mouse over an item, i didn´t see any description like this:
Only when I click on it, i can see the description
Normally i could see the desciption without clicking on any item - how can i change it?
Also the magie items are not displayed and i see only (a magie item)
The item must be identified but i dont see any desciption like Ruin, Might, Force, Power...
I played about 5 years on many servers like this and if this problem occurs i could fix it
with a small command [.ml on] but that does not work.

... there were no pop-up menus when hovering over items.
