I want to recommend getting a book from the prov dealer fill that in and just leave it on the doorstep of the house in question. I've found that to work. Of course someone random can come buy and take it but so far I've not had that happen.

Seems to me it's one of the boys from Uhh, so get in touch with any of them and you'll probably find out.

Thanks to both for the tips. I've checked with [Uhh] and they don't own it anymore; sign must have never been changed.
