B^S Guild Question....

My name is Asher Kraw and I have been told by a couple of people that the guild B^S is a good guild for a person who is new to this shard but has past experience in the game itself.

I was wondering what kind of guild it is, and if they are actively recruiting at the moment or not? Thanks for any info that you can give.
