Selling Tower + 2 smalls on Avatar Isle (Beach front!!)

This auction is for my glorious tower and two small houses on avatar isle.
Perfect for fellow hermits or for a guild house! comes with an awesome fish tank and bunch of addons that I didn't care to destroy.
Trade will be done via broker from the broker list on these forums. Auction ends... whenever buyout is met (or on 7/20/2012 @ 12:00pm EST)!
Minimum bid = 2 tower deeds
Buyout = castle deed

I was waiting to see if you had any immediate response to the posting.
I'd be willing to put in a bid for just the tower. Tower + small + a full spell from from all wild harvested magic scrolls (nothing inscribed).

Id like to buy that tower... but i think 2x tower deed is insane, so... if u lower ur price, let us know.
I have the tower deed with me, and i could trow lots of magic weaps, vanq/ghouls touch/silver/power, etc...

The two tower deed price isn't budging. Thats what I paid for the property and property costs aren't dropping, they're doing the opposite. The tower itself isn't worth two deeds but the location definitely is. It's low spawn, and the two smalls means nobody can even place a house near the peninsula for at least 2 to 3 screens away.
I have no problem leaving the tower for sale indefinitely, I'm just trying to lessen the amount of houses I need to refresh. If it doesn't sell this week, it'll sell eventually because the location is prime for people who don't enjoy the company of scumbags (90% of the community).

My opinion well worth the cost for an area like that.
If I had the cash and a desire to be a hermit.... well I do have the desire to be a hermit, but still....
If I had the cash I would buy that without an issue at that price.
