Buying Large Brick!

Hello, been a while since I played and I have been saving up my pennies for a large brick house, the like 14x14 3 room house with a blue roof in case I am using the wrong name. I have the deed for it and was going to place it buuut then after searching the world I couldn't find a single spot. So, I suppose I am at the mercy of the rich! Would anyone accept the deed as a straight trade for one? If not, I guess it's back to smacking Liches and getting murdered every 5 minutes!

Are you concerned with location? Finding a spot to place a large house can be very tricky. I've seen spots way out in BFE that I've thought would fit a large brick or L shape, but haven't tested anything recently. If you're looking for something near a town or populated area, you're best bet would be to just buy a placed one from someone, but if you venture into the boonies you might just find a spot. L shapes are easier to place than large bricks because the foundation needs less space, if you can afford one. I see most of the spots in question north and east of Yew. There may even be a couple spaces between the Yew moongate and the road to the south if you're lucky. Anyway, I wish you luck in whatever direction you decide to go.

I'd prefer solitude, less chance of intrusion I'd hope. I was checking coasts and forests everywhere and I didn't find anything. I wouldn't mind an L-shaped house but it's so hard to get money as a swordsman. All those big monsters cast spells and hit for a quadrillion damage!

Lambo can you supply a screenshot of it please? If it is a nice spot I might be tempted to go save up some more coin for it!

If you need a safe place to macro up a bard I have large empty houses you can use for free and for as long as you need.
Bards are much better for making gold because you can go anywhere and provoke monsters on each other, hide and when they are dead go collect the loot.
Avoid deep level dungeons because those spots are popular and many PKs frequent them looking for fresh victims.

Lambo traded his house to me and actually handed first. Very trustworthy and easy to trade with! Thanks a bunch Lambo!
