Ripped off by somebody's Vendor

I just purchased a rune book for 5k from a players vendor, rune book was marked " all dungeon entrances" purchased it and opened it up and it was blank. Is there anything I can do about this? The house is right next to the Brittan moongate, has two vendors outside and is the house is titled " Wal Mart"

Sorry man, but that is a known scam vendor. I realize you wouldn't know this because you are new. I would recommend buying items through the forums. The community doesn't mind posts for small items. Good luck!
