Why can't I play?

I start the game but there is no way to create a new account or character or whatever. All it says is to LOG IN and when/i try it says that YOUR ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS ARE INVALID. CHECK YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD AND TRY AGAIN.
I am trying to set up that stuff but there is no options available for me to do so.
What can I do?
