[SvG] The Maaji's Cure

An emissary from the Iduali Savages carried this message;
"Tribe sick. Need ingreeediants. Maaji too sick to get dem."
In an attempt to foster peace with the Iduali Lord British will reward the first person to find them the following ingredients;
Note that these seem to be CRYPTIC CLUES.
p.s They're easy anyone who asks me for any sort of clue will be instantly D/Q'd from a chance of winning as will the rest of their guild.
Edit: to hand in for the reward head to the SvG village in north-east desert of compassion and consult one of the members.
