For stats what i usually do is buy a bunch of random skill until i am at my cap. Do not buy camping or herding. Then get a dagger and a shepherds crook, make sure all the skills you bought are pointed up, and point one down. Gain 10 points of show real in either camping or herding. Then lock or point up the one skill you pointed down.

Then point down the skill you gained to 10. and gain 10 in the other skill. Point that down and the other up. repeat until stats are at desired level.

The reason i do camping and herding is they have no delay between use and they gain all 3 stats. Camping is easy just use dagger on tree and herding the same with a random bird or animal.

If you don't have the money to buy up your skills you can just macro the different skills that gain each stat. Herding and camping gain all 3

dex snooping seems to work the best.

macroing the one skill can take several hours to get where you want to be. But using the see-saw method can be done in under an hour

herding works with str really well.

Herding is not only great-- it's amazing for str. You can get 100 str in just a few hours with it. Just go to a stable and stand in a stall such that you are blocking the escape of the animal, and record yourself herding that animal. After you record it, Left click and THEN right click any "wait for target" actions in the macro and set the timeout to 1. This will make it so if it tries to use the shepherds crook before you are ready to perform another object action, then it will restart the macro (assuming it's looped). The result should be you herding once every second.
