Selling Tower in Ascalon *SOLD*

I'm selling this awesome tower in Ascalon, just North of Minoc. The area has great mining, slow spawn, and has a stable and a rune library nearby. Just a short walk to the south-west takes you to a passage to the Lost Lands. Opening bid will be deed + small. I reserve the right to end the auction for a buyout offer. What is the buyout you ask? Make me an offer I can't refuse!!
