Guild overflow housing

I'd love to get a large house/tower in DG town, but looks like we're out of room.
Anyone looking to get a large house or tower want to go in with me on one of these? We can have a DG annex:

L shaped is @ 260k give or take. It's a package deal and b/c it's a package deal for 2 towers and 2 l shapes right next to each other we're paying a premium.

They went all out. a few L Shapes, 2 towers, lots of small spots around. Right along the mountain side.

It's not a second town, per se. Think of it as an annex.
I would have preferred to be in DG town but there's no room left w/ just small housing.
This way we can have an annex w/ larger houses and room to grow... and our neighbors will be our guildmates.
