How many of each reg?

To go from 60 - 82 Magery using ebolt and 82 - 100 using flame strike roughly will I need?
I did search, I am on. iPhone however but I did not find how many you need of each reg. For now I want to buy black pearl and nightshade for ebolt, My guy is 62 ATM just working on his meditation first so I have time to stock it up on the regs.
