[SOLD] Selling Secluded Keep (ON GRASS) and "Guest House"

Selling my keep I just place at the north end of rat valley, and the small next to it (guest house). Yew is a short run to the northwest.
Had big plans for this keep, but after placing I've decided I'd rather sell and stick with my tower. There has been a keep in this spot before and, having found the old owner's post for the sale of it, he mentioned the courtyards were marked so I'll assume someone out there still has a rune, even though my placement is slightly different than his.
No neighbors. Very low traffic area and only low end spawn (99% ratmen).
Starting bid - Keep deed + tower deed
Bidding will conclude if any bid stands for 72 hours, or sooner at my discretion.
