Minoc gate small

Selling my small house.
Just a couple screens north of the Minoc gate. Great lumber location. Little to no spawn.
Small + 5k to start, will let it go for 24hrs (until 9:30PM EST tomorrow). Please keep all offers here (no PMs please).

Great home you got there, especially for new players because it is extremely close both to town and the moongate + spawn is as light as it gets.
A+ property!

Great house man! Right next to Minoc and close to the gate. Also just a short hike from Vessper!
