Hi folks,

Due to a lack of time I'm offering my mine for sale. Two small houses. Very secluded, occasional alligator and orc/ratman camp spawn at the end of the valley but otherwise quiet, they don't bother you in the cave. I've rarely seen another player here.

The cave offers many 'full' seams of ore, and having the valley either side of the houses too make this a really great spot for mining.

To be sold as a pair, offers starting at three small deeds for the pair.

Auction will run for three days to give folks a chance to view, then will end exactly 24 hours after the last bid is posted.

Transfer after payment received or through a broker of my choice at your expense.

Houses are being offered as seen minus the metal chests.

I owned these two houses about 12 years ago on Catskills. Truly a fine spot for mining! The added benefit on Catskills, there was some event held that placed an abbatoir on the ground in the cave, if you whispered 'frostflame' it teleported you into an underground chamber complete with dual thrones. It was truly bad ass!

I remember the frostflame event. Was pretty neat.

I also remember being in those houses. Friend of a friend owned them I think. This would have been around 04-07 or so.

Hack Attack will be giving me the tower deed and I will transfer the mining shack, then he will give me the l-shape deed and I'll transfer the miner's house. Posting details here on buyer's request.
