Dang.. Would have purchased at that price.. the land is just above our beloved Uhh valley!! Grumpy, do that land some justice and either live in it or resell it for what it's actually worth
I'm awarding this tower top marks. It's close to Chaos shrine, close to Britain, right next to virtually unlimited mining, right next to lumber, has a permanent front lawn, placed on grass and very few neighbors.. Nice score to Grumpy.
