I'd really like to sell to a guild if possible and if it's for newer players, that's even better.

If you're interested in all four but can't buy them all at once, I'm open to selling them to you one at a time.

I'm not asking much really, just deed +5k to start.

The houses are not far from the Skara Brae docks and even closer to the hedge maze.

The spawn is nothing you couldn't run away from. Stray orcs, the occasional troll or ratman, giant spiders and never many.

I placed all of these myself, one was the first house I ever had here on UOSA, so as I said before, I really hope that some newbies will buy these or someone who can get them into Newbie hands. NEW, interested in buying?

Very nice! If these were a little closer I would be all over them. Great for the new players out there.

Closer would be better and you'll end up recalling to Skara, but it's really not far at all.

Id like one but just starting my toon, so it would prob be this up coming weekend before I would have the funds to be honest. I wouldn't like to hold you up should you get better offers since I would just be trying to get it to marco a bit safer.

Well, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is I already re-deeded them after being unable to sell them even at deed + 0.

The good news is that 2 of the spots are still empty.

Alright thanks for the update when I get the money i'll prob saved up for a small tower, and place in a more hidden away area. I was thinking it would be a good starting area till my bard was able to go hunting. I am hoping the toon would be able to get where I can use it's skills to farm some this weekend.

Lol doh was thinking UOR there for a bit I guess. Well once I get a small it will take time but I want to get up to a brick some place hidden.
