up for sale are these four small houses situated near Britain Cemetery. The proximity to the Cemetery will make them a decent PvP base or even offer the option to run vendors here. With four houses together, they are also a great opportunity for a guild to purchase. The strip is almost in town, just seconds away from the guardzone.

This auction consists of the four small houses seen in the image below. I will announce an end date on Wednesday evening (GMT +2). I reserve the right not to sell. Private bids are only accepted on buyout offers, in which case I will not announce them here but should they be sufficient, instantly close the auction. Other than that, keep the bids on the thread. Thank you.

Bidding starts at a 2-story deed + a brick deed, so roughly two small deeds per house. Will accept bids on single houses too, but bear in mind that a lot bid overrides them.
