Up for auction is this small on Dagger/Ice Island just steps away from the big mine (arguably the best mining in the game.) This location is also great for fisherman, as you can park your boat right out back. Spawn is very slow and is usually just a couple of orcs, but there are plenty of polar bears to tame!! Starting the bidding at 2 small deeds and will let it run until 48 hours after the last bid. I reserve the right to cancel the auction if I feel that it's not going for what it's worth.
