Patio/Small Combo for Sale

Selling this patio and small in front of it. The plot holds another small in front of the patio if you bump it back a couple of tiles. Also, if you swapped out the current patio for a two story, a second small fits behind that next to the UOSA Museum sign. A tower won't fit in the patio spot (off one tile because of the tower to the left).
Located out of East Brit on the road. Museum north, swamp/desert north east, etc.
