Yew Lich Small/Serpents Hold Stable Small Houses for sale!

Selling two smalls individually.
The first is a Yew Lich Spawn small, two screens or so north of the spawn.

The second is a house next to the Serpents Hold stables that you can stable from within.

Starting bidding at deed+small for each. Setting buyout at deed+brick.
